The Role

The Role My client is a global lead in SW solutions across multiple industry verticals. They are currently seeking an experienced account manager to join their rapidly growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 – 7 years professional experience. Exposure to the AUH Banking & Financial services sector is an absolute must. The role will involve interaction with CXO level decision makers selling a huge portfolio of SW products predominantly focused around Business Analytics and Performance Management tools. Only candidates with an existing client portfolio in Abu Dhabi are currently being considered for this post. You will be targeted to generate somewhere in the region of $2 - $4 million USD in annual revenue (SW licensing). My client is seeking someone whom has extensive experience in selling large complex SW solutions to the Banking & FS space, typically with experience in managing lengthy sales cycles. The role offers generous tax free package of around $180k USD per annum (split 60:40). Excellent opportunities for long term career advancement and working in a competitive target driven environment. Candidates coming from large SW vendors like HP, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft are very well positioned for the role. Requirements

Requirements - 5 – 7 years of professional experience

- 2+ years experience in selling SW solutions

- 1+ years experience in selling SW solutions to the AUH Banking & FS Sector.

- Strong understanding of Performance Management SW, specifically in the areas of Business Analytics, Risk, Governance & BI.

- Must have an active AUH client portfolio

- Experience in generating $2 million + USD in annual SW revenue (licenses).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English is a MUST.

- Enthusiastic, proactive hunter mentality, aggressive in nature.
