The Role
The Role Our Client is a leading EPC Contractor who specialise in construction solutions for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Piping projects.
They operate throughout Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australia in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Industrial sectors.
They have an urgent requirement for a Proposals Manager to join their management team in Qatar. Requirements
Requirements You will have full responsibility to follow a proposal for bidding a job from BD stage through to Contract award and be capable of putting together an organogram for a proposal team.
You will estimate man hours for the proposal phase to include all disciplines, engineering, procurement, estimating etc. and then deliver the bid proposal within the approved budget. The ideal candidate will be experienced within presenting to Senior Management.
