1.Provide First level of Support to users on H/W, S/W and LAN in the form of recorded tickets, which are monitored and reported.
2.Escalation of problems those last more than 24 hours to experts’ team.
3.Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and internet access).
4.Troubleshoot the hardware (PCs, printers) and follow up the hardware failure repair process in both of the main office and the client offices.
5.Ensure the Data backup of user’s data and security policies implementation.
6.Update all users’ applications with the latest service packs & patches.
7.Protect against Virus attacks by regularly updating the Antivirus S/W and scanning all computers.
8.Provide Computer H/W preventive maintenance.
9.Provide Orientation for users on the use of their H/W, S/W and Network accessibility.
Skills
1.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
2.English Fluency
3.Minimum 1 years experience in related field.
4.Solid IT technical skills.
5.General networking TCP/IP.
6.Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) is a Plus
7.Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is a plus
8.Distinctive troubleshooting and problem solving skills
9.The ability to work as an effective and contributing team member
10.Good communication and client service skills
11.Should be presentable
