• To report difficulties/problems or comments within the application used.
• To follow up with delayed Customers’ requests.
• To have an intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs.
• To provide customers with information regarding TE Data’s new products.
• To identify the needs of customers both internally and externally
• To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
