Working in the head office of you will be working a six day week across a variety of different commercial build projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all PI and Physical inventory checks are carried out at all locations as per planned schedules. Carry out an annual count in all warehouse locations.

• Validate receiving putaway and bin accuracy to ensure accurate stocks of both products and assets including record of expiry Vintage Supplier batch and report on pick discipline

• Analyze processes and recommend process improvements required for achieving 100 accuracy in the receiving putaway and picking process. This includes recording errors and recommending disciplinary or other corrective action against individuals or teams consistently failing to maintain acceptable standards

• Supervise the destruction of product in line with company's accounting policies and the rules and regulations of local government bodies.

• Produce daily audit reports of receipts putaways and picking accuracy checks.

• Report on progress of scheduled Perpetual and Annual Counts.

• To conduct and manage full stock checks as and when necessary ensure that teams are piefed in place and fully prepared before commencing. In all cases complete records must be kept to show the detail of all sessions of the count and checks for audit purpose.

• To conduct and manage Perpetual Cyclic stock counts ensuring that teams are piefed in place and fully prepared before commencing. Time limits set should be strictly adhered to. • Review and write off damaged expired inventories in warehouse. Keep all records of destruction and accounting entries

• Min 4 years experience ideally with management small teams of diverse nationalities and abilities.

        3. To take the lead in coordinating the planning and execution of the work with organizations such as Operation Engineering Procurement Project Controls Construction Commissioning and other services to achieve a compliant Proposal.
        4. To initiate and direct the planning and development of the Preliminary Project Execution Plan PPEP scope definition project procedures budgets and project schedules.
        5. To review Proposal Summary and lead the presentation of the Proposal to KN senior management for their review and approval.
        6. To ensure that all Client’s contacts including major correspondence and working relationships between KN and the Client is maintained throughout the duration of the proposal. Monitors and controls all contractual commitments to ensure that all work is being performed in accordance with the RFP specifications drawings and “terms and conditions” of the RFP.
        7. To review procurement strategy to ensure compatibility with proposal project plans schedules and budget.
